About Us
Making an Appointment
You may schedule an appointment by calling our office. Evening appointments are reserved for acutely ill children. Routine care (check-ups) are handled during the day, late afternoon or on Saturdays. If you are making your first appointment, please click here
Cancellations
Office visits not cancelled within one hour of the time of the visit will be considered a "no show". Three "no shows" within a year will require that you find another source of medical care.

Phone calls
Our nurses are available to speak with you regarding any minor health concerns about your child. Due to the volume of phone calls our office receives, we must use voicemail and return calls in order of severity. When leaving a message, please state your child's name, symptoms, age and your telephone number. Please immediately notify the receptionist of emergency situations.
Emergency Calls
When our office is closed, you may reach the physician on call by calling our live answering service at 513-636-2074. If this is not an emergency, or you are calling to make an appointment, request a medication refill, or speak to someone about your bill, please call back during regular office hours.
Since our physicians may be calling from home or our private office lines, these numbers are marked as"private". You will need to unblock your phone by dialing *87 before our physician will return your call.
Do not e-mail for medical advice.
Patient Registration Forms
Yearly, patients will be asked to complete a patient registration form on each individual child to be kept in the patient's chart to meet insurance company policies and our office policies. You can print this form by clicking here.
Referrals
If our physician refers your child to a specialist, you must check with your insurance company to ask if we need to perform a referral. You will need to furnish our office 72 hours in advance of the appointment with the date of the appointment and the name of the specialist so we may process the referral. We will not back date referrals.
Refills
Requests for refills on routine medication require 24-hour notification. Requests on Friday evenings and Saturdays will not be called in until the following Monday.
Teaching Program
Throughout the year we will have medical students from the University of Cincinnati and pediatric residents from Children’s Hospital in our office as part of their training. We hope you enjoy meeting them.
Study Program
Hospital Privileges
Our physicians admit patients to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and see newborns at Mercy Hospital Anderson.
