  • Are you accepting new patients?

    Yes, we are welcoming new patients to our practice! Please see the list of insurances that we accept under the Insurances section of our website.


    Before scheduling an appointment with our office, we can assist in having all healthcare records transferred to us. This helps us facilitate a seamless transition and deliver the highest standard of care tailored to your child’s needs.

  • What days are you open?

    Our offices are open Monday through Friday. Extended evening and weekend office hours are available at our Eastgate location. As our schedule is subject to change, please call to confirm office hours.


    Eastgate: 

    Mon-Fri: 8 am - 7:30 pm

    Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm


    Batavia: 

    Mon-Fri: 8:45 am - 4 pm

    Closed from 1 - 2 pm for lunch


    Mason (Landen): 

    Mon-Fri: 8:45 am - 4 pm

    Closed from 1 - 2 pm for lunch

  • How do I make an appointment?

    To schedule an appointment with your pediatrician, please call our office at (513) 752-3650 or use our online patient portal. To ensure the best use of time, for both our clinicians and patients, all of our office visits are by appointment only.

  • Can I meet my pediatrician before my baby is born?

    Yes! In fact we strongly encourage parents-to-be to visit our office for a prenatal appointment. This is a great way to get acquainted with our office and our pediatricians. Visit our expecting parents page for more information.

  • I just gave birth. When should I schedule my baby's first doctor visit?

    We recommend that your newborn be seen in our office 1-2 days after discharge from the hospital. Our staff understands the importance of this first visit and will make every effort to schedule this visit promptly.

  • How do we contact the after hours doctor?

    Our dedicated pediatric team is available 24/7 to provide support for urgent issues should they occur. We have a nurse line during office hours and an on-call physician after hours.


    For non-urgent matters mild illness, scheduling appointments, or refilling medications, please call during regular office hours.

  • How do I obtain a prescription refill?

    For medication refills, please ensure there are no refills available by calling your pharmacy. If there are no refills available, call our office and our team can assist you. You may also request refills through our portal system. We are dedicated to ensuring your child’s medications are available when needed.

  • How often does my child need to be seen in the office?
  • May I request a specific pediatrician for my visit?

    Every effort is made to arrange your child's care and follow-up visits with the pediatrician of your choice. When your child is ill and needs to be seen the same day, they may see any one of our providers that are available.
