If you are already connected to services and are in crisis, please contact your current behavioral health provider first for guidance.


You can call our office to speak with a nurse about your concerns. Our nurses can schedule a pediatrician appointment or direct you to the best crisis resource for your situation.


Psychiatric Intake Response Center (PIRC) at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center – 513-636-4124. During business hours, a licensed clinician will review your concerns and provide options for services. If calling after hours (8 pm–7 am Monday through Thursday and 6 pm–8 am Friday through Sunday), a clinician will be paged and call you back within an hour. PIRC can connect you to their Bridge Crisis Clinic for an assessment within 24-48 hours.


Best Point Pediatric Urgent Care for Mental Health Provides immediate services for patients up to age 21 when hospital care is not needed. Located at 5051 Duck Creek Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45227. Open Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm. 513-527-3040.


Mobile Crisis Teams – Mobile Crisis teams provide rapid assessments with a behavioral health provider that comes to your location. The behavioral health provider is usually accompanied by law enforcement to ensure safety.

  • Clermont County Mobile Crisis (also serves Brown County): 513-528-7283. Available 24/7.
  • Hamilton County Mobile Crisis: 513-584-5098. Team is available Monday through Friday 8:30am-12:00am and Saturday and Sunday 11:30am-7:30pm. After hours calls will be answered by a behavioral health professional.
  • Butler County Mobile Crisis: 844-427-4747. Available 24/7. Can continue to provide stabilization services for up to 30 days.
  • Warren and Clinton County Mobile Response Stabilization Services: 877-695-6333. Available 24/7. Can continue to provide stabilization services for up to 60 days.


Grief Support: Fernside - Multiple programs supporting children ages 3-18 who are grieving the death of a family member or friend.
