Can new patients schedule a visit online?
Current families can schedule well and sick visits through the Patient Portal. New families should call (513) 752-3650 to schedule a Meet & Greet and start transferring medical records.
What forms do new patients need to complete?
New patient forms include the patient registration form, records release, treatment authorization, and our financial policy. All are available on our Forms
page. Completing them before your first visit will streamline check-in.
Does the practice offer telehealth visits?
Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video visits for certain conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Our front office staff will send you a link to your doctor's virtual waiting room when they schedule the visit. Learn more on our Telehealth

Does the practice offer mental and behavioral health care?

Can my child's appointments be scheduled with a specific pediatrician?
We make every effort to schedule your child's care with the pediatrician of your choice. For same-day sick visits, your child may see any available provider.
