Our Mason (Landen) office, located at 4834 Socialville-Fosters Rd #50, Mason, OH 45040, is currently accepting new patients. Since 1972, our board-certified pediatricians have supported families with well visits, sick care, immunizations, and after-hours support and we'd be glad to welcome your family to our practice.

Becoming a New Patient

If you're expecting: We offer prenatal visits so you can meet our pediatricians and ask questions before your baby arrives. After delivery, let the hospital staff know you've chosen Pediatric Associates of Mt. Carmel so your baby's records are routed to our office. Call us after discharge to schedule your baby's first visit and complete registration by phone. We reserve appointment times specifically for newborns. Your baby should be seen within 1–2 days of hospital discharge.


If you're transferring care: Gather your child's medical records, including vaccination history and prior test results, and complete a release of information form with your previous provider. A reasonable, cost-based copying fee may apply under HIPAA and Ohio law. This may be waived if records go directly to our office. If your child has an acute illness, we can schedule that visit right away, even before records are fully transferred.


Meet & Greet visits: New expecting families are encouraged to schedule a Meet & Greet to ask questions and meet our pediatricians in a relaxed setting before deciding on our practice.


What to bring to your first visit: Hospital paperwork (including hearing screen results and immunization records), any available insurance information, and completed new patient forms if possible.
